The project involves a technical audit of the structure and systems serving The Church Palace Hotel. The activity provides following the diagnosis on the state of affairs an energy efficiency and maintenance study of the entire structure (building-systems).
The Church Palace is a 4-star Superior hotel housed in a historic Renaissance-inspired building. The building is located in a private park, with an ancient fountain and an “eighteenth-century Nymphaeum”, the hotel integrates with the park of Villa Carpegna. It consists of 200 rooms and Auditorium cinema spaces, 5 Meeting Rooms and 2 restaurants.
