Aakhon assisted an institutional investor in the due diligence of a large part of the Sicily Commercial Park.
The complex subject to Due Diligence consists of a commercial area in which 133 shops, a hypermarket area and an underground and uncovered garage are located.
In addition, four other buildings are part of the retail park, subject to due diligence; one for a multiplex, a second building for a megastore, a third building for three medium-sized commercial areas and finally, a last building for catering.
