Design of an innovative smart village with zero emissions and consumption, to be carried out using the innovative e-Home by Aakhon construction system, with a highly efficient envelope and use of renewable energy in order to achieve the performance of an Energy-plus building. The project includes air sanitization systems, high light and acoustic comfort, green roofs and urban planting with high CO2 capture.
The project includes fitness and dog area, areas for hydroponics and vegetable gardens, spaces for sharing the laundry, tools and devices, intelligent irrigation, immersive acoustic technologies.
Aakhon has also created the platform that supports the services available to the village (car and bike sharing, food delivery, pay app, insurance with full risk maintenance, info-mobility, digitizied document management and neighborhood community).
The village is designed to be validated with Active House Italia environmental sustainability certification.
