Study for the construction of a Resort of approx. 724,000 mq in Santo Domingo.
The tourist village consists of a HO.RE.CA. area (including three hotels, a retail and a restaurant area), a residential area consisting of residences and villas and service area.
Aakhon assisted the client in the preliminary phase of study and analysis of the project, of the costs and of the construction models in order to organize the overall management of development and construction of all the works.
The built area will be approx. 60,000 mq.
