This is the construction of four residential buildings (four-unit residences) built with the aim of completely eliminating any thermal bridge in order to have buildings according to the Active House logic (Comfort, Energy, Sustainability) with almost zero consumption (nZEB).
For the formation of these buildings it was necessary to build the above ground construction structurally disconnected from the underground construction and separate it with a special structural insulation formed by blown glass panels. The building is subject to final testing by commissioning with Blower test, Passive House Institute certification and validation by Active House Italia.
