With great pleasure, and a little surprise, we learned from Symbola Foundation that our startup e-HOME by AAKHON has been mentioned among the best practices of the GreenItaly annual report, one of the most authoritative analyzes on the Italian green economy.
Symbola Foundation

Symbola Foundation was born in 2005 to promote the soft economy, a quality-oriented development model in which traditions and territories marry innovation, research, culture and design which combines competitiveness, enhancement of human capital and respect for the environment, productivity and social cohesion. A development model that is already alive in an important part of the country, in the Italy and which also, for this reason, indicates the way out of crisis and asserts itself in the world.
Symbola, with its over one hundred members, is an original cultural movement that brings together different subjects: organizations, associations and personalities from the economic and entrepreneurial world, active citizenship, territorial and institutional realities, the world of culture.
Best practice of the GreenItaly annual report
Now in its eighth edition, the research is carried out by the Symbola Foundation and Unionecamere under the patronage of the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of the Territory and the Sea and the Ministry of Economic Development.
The report was presented to the press in the presence of Minister Carlo Calenda, with Symbola Realacci and Unioncamere President Ivan Lo Bello.
On page 170, in the chapter of the report dedicated to construction, we read:
“A project […] is the one launched by Aakhon, a company from Paderno Dugnano (MI), which is specialized in the development and the testing of products and solutions for innovative building, with ”Building 0.0”: buildings with zero energy consumption, free from emissions, waste and inefficiencies. E-Home is Aakhon’s industrialized system for the construction of nZEB buildings equipped with building automation at affordable costs. The system is based on the production of components in the factory which are then assembled on site, eliminating waste of material and making the final product more efficient. These components are made by Italian and European partner companies: from the opaque casing that guarantees thermal and acoustic insulation to the heat transfer fluids with active recovery. The e-Home building […] detects the data useful for regulating the systems and adapts the building system to the habits of the occupants, allowing to monitor energy consumption and even manage the charging of the electric car.
