The intervention involves the demolition of an office building built between the 60s and 70s in Rome, in the Eur district, proceeding with the design of a new building that is inspired by the principles of the Active House.
The architectural concept, conceived by IT’s will be designed and engineered to ensure high standards of energy efficiency, indoor comfort and environmental sustainability.
The building has a high standard of finishes and attention to architectural details, spread over seven floors above ground, with fifteen real estate units and underground garages.
