Design of two residential buildings (two real estate units per building). The buildings are designed to be built with the eco-sustainable e-Home system, without thermal bridges, with air and wind tightness, with almost zero consumption (nZEB) and according to the Active House guidelines (Comfort, Energy, Sustainability) plus performance.
At the end of the works, the buildings are expected to be subjected to commissioning with Blower test, validation by Active House and certification of the e-Home system.
