Eurocommercial Properties, an international leader among real estate investors with a portfolio of 12 shopping centres in Italy, requested a due diligence during the management phase of the multiplex located in the retail park I Gigli in Florence.
Aakohn assisted the asset manager in identifying the best strategies in order to enhance the property in question. Specifically, the state of all building, structural and plant components was checked, both in terms of maintenance status, residual life cycle, fire engineering and the possibility of energy efficiency.
Finally, reports were produced, according to the needs of the asset manager, including an estimate of the CAPEX necessary for the identified enhancement activities.
