“Just a Nice Place” is the project of an nZEB and eco-sustainable farmhouse that will be located in Giustenice (SV). The associated studio RS2 Architects, an architectural designer, made use of the support of Aakhon for the design according to the Active House guidelines with the aim of validating the project with the homonymous European label of environmental sustainability. In addition, the building was designed using Aakhon’s e-Home system.
