The project involves the design of fourteen apartments in the expansion area C3 – “Malaun” in Silandro.
The architectural concept, conceived by the prestigious architecture firm “One Works”, is engineered to guarantee high standards of energy efficiency, indoor comfort and environmental sustainability.
From an energy point of view, the intervention follows the guideline of CasaClima Bolzano for the construction of A-classification houses, the so-called 3Lt houses. The narrow and long lot led to the choice of a building in line, very compact and with all the housing units at least double facing. This choice allowed the accommodations to have a uniformly distributed solar contribution, a correct supply of natural light and rational functional distribution, with more exposed areas with a west façade (living rooms and kitchens) and less exposed areas with an east façade (bedrooms and bathrooms):
OWTC participated in the ATI Competition with One Works Spa.
