Accelerator design for the development, design and construction of an innovative zero emissions and consumption senior village, to be built using the innovative e-Home by Aakhon construction system, with high efficiency envelope and use of renewable energy in order to achieve performance of Energy-plus building. The project includes air sanitization systems, high lighting and acoustic comfort, green roofs and urban planting with high CO2 capture.
The project involves the construction of a nursing home and houses built with the necessary arrangements for the future installation of an oxygen and nitrogen circuit, without any minimum internal architectural barrier and completely ergonomic. The village includes fitness areas, areas for hydroponics, spaces for sharing the laundry, tools and devices. The accelerator also develops a digital platform that supports and manages the services available to the village (car sharing, delivery, pay app, insurance with full risk maintenance, info-mobility, digitized health care, digitized document management and the village community).
The village is designed to be validated with Active House environmental sustainability certification.
