The Integrated Residential Complex (CRI), designed with particular care and attention to the aspects of sustainability and green building consisting of residential units (Villini, Assisted Apartments), accommodation facilities (Hotel, Residence), social welfare structures (Protected Residence, Day Centre integrated for residents of “assisted” and “not assisted” apartments), common areas (Piazza, Solarium, multipurpose room, Conference & Dancing Pool Park, Bowls Sports Centres, Catering, facilities and shops for personal services, etc.)
Aakhon assisted the client in the creation of the format for the aspects of Quantity Surveyor, research, development, industrialization and sustainability of the construction system, for LCA of materials and for the cost analysis of the management and maintenance of the structures.
