The latest evolution of the e-Home construction system, in addition to guaranteeing high performance in energy saving, climatic, acoustic and smart living comfort, air quality and natural brightness, also offers a series of latest generation complementary services such as the digital community and condominium car sharing, the management and maintenance of the digitized building, the availability of condominium system for the reception of any e-commerce product.
The building is designed to be certified by the Passive House Institute and validated with Active House environmental sustainability certification.
